RingCentral, a B2B SaaS leader, created the Executive Forum Series as a prestigious event for senior executives and thought leaders—the event aimed to foster discussions around strategic trends and partnerships.
Context
RingCentral hosts a Executive Forum Series, a high-level business gathering for senior executives, decision-makers, and thought leaders to discuss strategic trends, network, and explore partnerships. They needed a versatile, timeless brand identity, including a logo lockup that could be reused for future Executive Forum events over the next 4-5 years.
The Problem
The event needed a brand identity that reflected its sophistication and prestige while ensuring the visual design remained fresh. The challenge was to create a logo and event branding that would stand the test of time without becoming outdated or losing impact.
The Solution
The brand identity I developed is luxurious, sophisticated, and versatile. It can be easily adapted and reused for future events, making it a long-term investment for RingCentral. In addition to the brand identity, I designed high-end invitations featuring embossed lettering and wax seals and created wireframes for the event's landing page and email templates. I developed packaging for event swag, including custom wine bottles and chocolate bars. The result was a cohesive, luxurious brand experience that will continue to elevate the prestige of the Executive Forum Series for years to come.

I began by exploring various logo lockup concepts. The goal was to craft a logo that not only embodied the sophistication and prestige of the event but would also have longevity across multiple Executive Forum Series events.
Exclusive Invitation
Attendees received a luxurious, high-end invitation. It was printed on premium paper, featured embossed lettering in black, and was sealed with a wax emblem of the logomark, adding an extra level of elegance and exclusivity to the event experience.

Landing Page & Email Design Wireframe Templates
I created wireframe templates for the email and event landing pages, which a developer later built out. This ensured a seamless digital experience for attendees.
Brand Event Swag
For the event, we opted for a black wine bottle with a custom label featuring the logo, enhancing the prestigious feel. I also designed packaging for the wine bottle and chocolate bars, which included the logo adding a touch of luxury to the giveaways.
